05/ 12/ 04 Ibrahim Ferrer signed a cow for CowParade Prague 2004
/PRAGUE, April 23 2004/ Project CowParade Prague 2004 added one more cow to its colourful herd. Decoration of this piece was inspired by Ibrahim Ferrer's music. The Cuban singer, leader of Buena Vista Social Club band, signed the cow during his yesterday concert in Prague.
The artists who have painted the cow are Vojislav Savič and Jakub Nepraš.
Ibrahim Ferrer, a recent winner of Grammy 2004 Award for the best album of traditional Latin music, was interested in the project CowParade Prague 2004 which will take place in Prague between June and September this year. He hopes that auctioning this cow will help to raise money for the charity activities connected with CowParade Prague 2004.
